All orders are shipped with the company Geniki Taxidromiki, which delivers the order to the address you have indicated.
If the address you have stated is in a remote area and is not covered by General Post then your order can be picked up by you at the nearest General Post store. Search for the nearest General Post store at this link: http://www.taxydromiki.com/find-store
The shipping cost for orders with a total value of less than 50 euros is 2 euros (including VAT).
Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge except during periods when another offer may apply.
When you choose “Payment by Cash on Delivery” the shipment is again made by General Post and there is a total charge of 4 euros (including VAT) regardless of the value of the order.
Delivery time depends on product availability and delivery address. Indicatively, this time is between one (1) to three (3) working days, as long as the product is available.
It is possible to pick up your order free of charge from our store (Gladstonos, 10 Athens) but in order to reserve the product it must be pre-paid during the execution of your order, choosing between: a) payment by debit or credit card, b) payment via Paypal or c) payment via bank deposit.
In case that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) we will contact you.
